Headaches can be a sign of an underlying health condition, and it's important to get them checked out by a doctor or dentist.

What Causes Headaches?

There are many different things that can cause headaches. Some of the most common causes include:

•  Stress: This is a major trigger for many people. When you're stressed, your muscles tense up, and this can lead to pain in your head and neck.

•  Dehydration: When you don't drink enough fluids, your brain can become dehydrated, which can lead to headaches.

•  Poor diet: Eating unhealthy foods or skipping meals can also trigger headaches.

•  Lack of sleep: When you don't get enough sleep, your body doesn't have a chance to rest and repair itself, which can lead to headaches.

•  Eye strain: Spending too much time looking at screens or reading in dim light can strain your eyes and cause headaches.

•  Underlying health conditions: Some people have headaches as a symptom of an underlying health condition, such as sinus infections, allergies, or high blood pressure.
